I have a 25+ year track record of developing high-impact marketing strategies and process-driven sales plans in Residential Real Estate, Property Management, League and Team-Level Corporate Sport Partnership Marketing and Advertising.  My mission is pretty straight forward; be the trusted advisor & expert consultant that each of my clients, friends and colleagues deserve.

About Me:

I was born and raised in western Pennsylvania, graduated from Bowling Green State University in northwest Ohio, and spent the first 10 years of my career in sports marketing & media sponsorship living and working for teams in Detroit, Cincinnati and Cleveland.   In 2003 I headed south for a career opportunity in advertising & media sponsorship in the world of NASCAR.

On my very first visit to North Carolina, I drove south from Ohio on Interstate 77 and when I crossed over Lake Norman I knew instantly that I had just discovered the place I would soon call home.  15+ years and hundreds of hours of friends & family boating on Lake Norman later, I am more excited than ever to have the great fortune to now help families discover their own perfect place in this terrific part of the world that I call home!

As a northern transplant myself, I have firsthand experience getting settled in our area.  I also have a wide network of friends that are transplants too, so from our collective experience I can be a great source to provide you honest input about important things ranging from local taxes, schools, commute times, the best youth soccer clubs, the best gymnastics options…even your best options for BBQ around the lake…all important factors to consider as you make your own decisions during the buying and selling process.
